What does BDE Travel plan?+

BDE Travel is a Black-owned travel agency that plans group cruises, all-inclusive resort getaways, and hosted group trips for families, friends, couples, and celebrations.

Do you book airfare?+

For all-inclusive resorts, yes: For all-inclusive resorts, we can plan a complete package that includes your round-trip airfare, your resort stay, and round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort. We will always confirm exactly what your quote includes. For cruises, we research and coordinate the best flights as part of your trip plan, with tickets paid directly to the airline.

How much is the planning fee?+

$50 for 1 to 4 travelers and $100 for 5 to 24 travelers. Groups of 25 or more receive a custom quote. The fee is based on the number of travelers, not rooms.

How do I get started?+

Fill out the Start Planning form. After you pay the planning fee, you pick a consultation time and we start researching your trip.
